Nitrous Cafe
openning soon

Here at Nitrous, we take pride in the quality of the meals we serve. Each dish hails from a country that holds a historic racing pedigree. These countries include the United States, France, and Italy, where Nascar, Le Mans, and the Grand Prix originate from. Now many would say that Nitrous is a racing-themed restaurant, however, we at Nitrous consider it to truly be a racing restaurant. We for those racing fans that don't have a place to go at local sports restaurants and bars, its a racing restaurant for racing fans by racing fans. However, fans of any sport are welcome to attend.

What makes us unique is not only our complete devotion to a true racing atmosphere but that we make the dining experience interactive through slot car racing.  Slot cars are relatively big hobby over in Europe for all ages, where small electrically powered cars race along electrically powered plastic tracks. These tracks can be anywhere from 4 feet long to an entire city block. We would have three of tracks be set up around our restaurant, that would be modeled after some of the most famous race tracks in the world, such as Daytona for Nascar and the Nurburgring for the Grand Prix. These tracks would be open to all restaurant patrons and their children to race on throughout their dining with us. To the left is a video that showcases the famous British racetrack Silverstone made as a slot car racing track. This is an example of how far we at Nitrous would go to make our tracks.
